Both apartments have big living room, fireplace, fully equipped kitchen (refrigerator, freezer, cooker with ceramic hotplates, dishwasher, toaster, coffeemaker, small electric vacuum cleaner, etc.), two bedrooms (the one with a double bed, bedside tables, dressing table and big wardrobes whereas the other has 2 single beds, bedside tables, dressing table and big wardrobes).

Each apartment has its own bathroom with bathtub and curtain. The washing machine is in the bathroom. The corridor that connects all the rooms is equipped with a big built-in cupboard where all the small electrical equipment is stored away. All rooms have verandas.

All areas have A/C, central heating, TV and sound system. Cleaning and change of linen/towels is made twice a week.
